We accidentally stumbled upon a cheap airline ticket to Manila offered by United Airlines while searching for airfares from Toronto and Vancouver. It was not on any announcement sent out by consolidators which we receive regularly, rather, only by accident that we found this out.
What we were able to find was for flights to Manila in the month of October from Vancouver is $865 and from Toronto it’s $950. Those two quotes already included taxes.
Note that this United Airline flights to Manila includes at least two stops before proceeding to Manila – one in the US and the other in Japan. That means those who are not Canadian passport holders must obtain a US visa before deciding to purchase this. The United States imposed a visa requirement even for transit only for citizens of countries who are not a visa-free country passport holder.

We will not know if you don’t call and see if your desired date is included in the seat sale. You have to specify a date of departure and return so our GDS can price it, afterwards you have the choice to go through or not. Seats are going fast, so decide immediately.

@Terry – there are always flights in December but most are expensive already. It can start from $1,600 upwards to more than $2,000 (based on Toronto departure), so we have to know what exactly is the date you’re looking at. Call us.

@Ronnie – Jan to May then Sep to Nov but do not return on Jan because that month fills-up with Dec departures. Also return on months of Aug and Sep are mostly full.
